We want you to love every item you receive from Mini Breakout. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to make it right for you.
1. Our Policy Overview
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery.

You received the wrong size or the wrong product.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers intact.

Note: For defective or incorrect items, please share photographic evidence via WhatsApp or email so our team can provide a swift resolution.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the initial cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Our Commitment: We will cover the shipping charges for sending the replacement back to you—at zero cost to you.

Error Correction: If the item was defective or sent in error, we will reimburse your return shipping costs via bank transfer.
4. Processing Time
We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5–7 working days of receiving the item at our facility. During peak sale seasons, please allow up to 14 working days.
5. Size Exchanges
If the fit isn’t perfect, we are happy to exchange it!

Items must be in original, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following specific cases:

The product is found to be damaged or defective.

You received an incorrect item due to a packing error.
Please Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
7. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a packing error where the product received does not match your order.
8. When Returns/Exchanges are Not Applicable
We cannot process requests in the following situations:

Requests made after the 7-day window.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Items where the original packaging or tags have been tampered with.
